Libya, a Muslim country, was the first African nation to achieve independence. Until the second world war was an Italian colony. The victorious Allies did not know what to do with the territory, if they knew that oil was not they would have let a soldier who fought against the Italian colonization named Muhammad Idris al-Sanusi, better known as Idris First. Idris was the first and only king of the Kingdom of Libya. In 1969 while walking in Turkey, Colonel Muammar al-Qaddafi seized power through a coup.
As you know from the beginning this year have led to several revolts in Arab countries of North Africa. The case of Libya, unlike Egypt, is known for the violent repression of the regime against the demonstrators. Among the methods applied my attention the use of snipers and bombings in civilian areas. According to Amnesty International, this has cost the lives of a hundred people, although other sources claim that the death round two thousand lives. The good news is for Christians intolerant. This figure represents less than two thousand Muslims in the world.
Thus the crisis in Libya, the European economy has fallen by the lack Libyan oil, which accounts for three percent of world reserves. Mexico represents one percent. Thanks to the economic sanctions imposed by the United States the Libyan regime, the Mexican oil mix reached its highest level in the year at $ 97.92 a barrel, 32.5 dollars above the preferential rate of 64.4.
The bad news is that you continue to pay their gasoline to 10 pesos per liter (premium) until mid March or April. Months in which the Mexican Association of Business Gas, awaits the next rise.
